![]() We waited nearly 20 minutes to finish having her assist other guests before having my question answered, being able to make an appointment and proceed in. Immediately following however another guests walked up and then another. No problem though I had expressed we were catching a flight soon and every minute spent relaxing would be valuable and beneficial to us. A young woman at the front desk welcomed us and began answering my question but as another guest approached behind me she asked if she could check him into his appointment first. My wife and I arrived to inquire at the spa's front desk about last minute available services as we had a flight to catch in a few hours but wanted to relax a bit before departing. I decided to give the The Grand Spa one last try during a recent 3 night stay over Halloween weekend 2014. During my two previous visits (November 2013 and March 2014) the steam room wasn't functioning and the staff were inattentive. The past few times I've visited the quality, service and amenities continue to decline. ![]() I've enjoyed the Grand Spa on several trips. ![]() I vacation at MGM Grand multiple times a year.
